In the beginning, there was Light, and Darkness, a creation of perfect Balance. But as time passed, evil spread over the land like a plague, slowly consuming everything in its path. In the final moments, before Light was lost to the Shadow for all time, a weapon of infinite power was created - thus restoring the Balance to the universe. An enigmatic electronic trio from Boise, Idaho, Magic Sword consists of The Keeper (red, keyboard, audio-visual), The Seer (blue, guitar), and The Weaver (yellow, drums).
Due to the nature of the band's music, live shows are largely performed on-the-spot, with deviations in pacing and composition compared to the studio version of songs, particularly regarding use of guitar-accompanied bass and lavish solos.
